Add "Access-Control-Allow-Headers"

-don't save files with an invalid Content-Encoding to HTDOCS
-display a warning if the response is not sent with a supported Content-Encoding and MAD4FP is used
-forward POST requests in MAD4FP mode

Feature: Warn when receiving compressed response

Some game sites serve files compressed to save bandwidth. Flashpoint Router does not save those files correctly, so I added a feature to warn users about it.
